Plain-language terms that govern your use of cadelon.com and any Cadelon program you enroll in.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
By accessing cadelon.com or enrolling in any Cadelon program, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Cadelon provides mentoring, training and placement-support services for architecture, interior design and BIM professionals. Our flagship program is the 13-week Architecture Practical Skills Program. We also offer Career Launch services including resume rebuild, interview coaching and placement concierge.
Specific deliverables, durations and pricing for each program are described on the Programs page and confirmed in your enrollment agreement.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the site and at least 18 years old to enroll in a paid program. Programs assume reasonable English-language proficiency for written and verbal communication.
Program fees are payable upfront or via approved payment plans. Payment plans require successful charges on schedule; failed charges may suspend access until resolved.
Refunds are available within 14 days of your first session, provided no more than 20% of the program has been delivered. After this window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Within the first two weeks, you may transfer between any two core programs; the price difference is settled either way.
To complete a Cadelon program you agree to:
Repeated absences, missed deliverables or breaches of conduct may result in removal from the cohort without refund.
All curriculum content, templates, the Design Decision Log framework, and the Cadelon Method are the intellectual property of Cadelon and provided to you under a non-transferable licence for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell or republish Cadelon materials.
The work you produce — drawings, portfolio, Decision Log and justification videos — remains your intellectual property. You grant Cadelon a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised excerpts for teaching examples, marketing and quality improvement, unless you opt out in writing.
Placement support is offered as part of every core program, but placement is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on market conditions, your portfolio quality, interview performance and other factors outside our control. Reported placement statistics describe past performance and are not a promise of future results.
When using cadelon.com you agree not to:
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadelon's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cadelon is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost employment opportunities.
You may end your engagement with Cadelon at any time by writing to hello@cadelon.com; refund eligibility follows section 4.
Cadelon may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to meet program commitments, or engage in conduct that affects mentors or other students. Where appropriate, we will offer the opportunity to remedy a breach first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If you have any questions about this terms of service, please reach us at hello@cadelon.com or via the contact page.
